Followbooth vs MeetStack
MeetStack is an inexpensive scanner that works offline, scans conference badges and pushes leads to Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive. Followbooth does not scan badges or push to CRMs yet, and goes further on follow-up: it sends your brochures by WhatsApp or email.

- You want brochures to reach the visitor by WhatsApp or email at the stand, in their language.
- You want a company brief and an A, B or C grade for each lead.
- You want the sales team to share one lead list and sign in with a PIN.
Where Followbooth is weaker today
No CRM connectors yet (CSV export only), no badge barcode scanning, and the phone app that works without signal is still in development. WhatsApp messages go out from your team's own linked number; an official WhatsApp Business route is planned.
