Followbooth

The brochure reaches them before they leave your stand.

Scan a business card and say one sentence about the conversation. Followbooth sends the right brochure, in the visitor's language, by WhatsApp or email. Then it shows you who to call first.

Built for exhibitors at defence, security and industrial shows. Pilot is free for the first 10 exhibitors.

At the stand, example
The visitor's phone gets the brochure in their language.

What happens at the stand

  1. Scan the card

Point the phone camera at the card. AI reads name, company, email and phone. Printed name badges work too.

  2. Say what you talked about

Hold a button and speak for a few seconds. The note is transcribed and saved with the lead.

  3. It goes out

If the number is on WhatsApp, the brochures go there. If not, they go by email. Files are picked by the visitor's language.

  4. Call the right people first

Each lead gets a short company brief, an A, B or C grade and a suggested way to open the call.

Details that matter at a stand

Most scanners stop at collecting contacts. Followbooth carries on until the visitor holds your material.

The right brochure in the right language
Upload PDFs and tag each one: Czech, English, German, Russian, Ukrainian. A Czech visitor gets the Czech files.
WhatsApp first, email as backup
Followbooth checks whether the number is on WhatsApp before sending. If not, the same files go by email.
One QR for several brochures
Print a QR on the stand. Visitors download the files themselves and can leave their details. Their consent is stored with the lead.
Company brief and grade
A few lines from public company information, an A, B or C grade, and an opening line for the call.
The whole stand team in one list
Everyone signs in with a name and a PIN. All leads land in one list and show who scanned them.
Your data stays yours
Export every lead to CSV whenever you want. Leads are deleted on request.

Planned prices

The pilot is free. These are the prices we plan after it. Reserving a spot costs nothing and does not commit you. Show organizers usually charge €149 to €299 per phone for lead retrieval at one show.

Join the pilot

We are looking for 10 exhibitors who go to a show in the next months. You get the full product free for one show. We ask for a short talk afterwards: what worked, what did not.

Your name and email are used only to contact you about this pilot. Details are in the privacy notice.

Questions exhibitors ask

Does it replace the scanner the organizer sells?

No. Followbooth does not read the barcode on a visitor's badge. It works from the business card and from what you say, so it also works at shows with no lead retrieval at all. Many teams use it next to the organizer's scanner.

How are WhatsApp messages sent?

During the pilot, messages go out from your team's own WhatsApp number linked to Followbooth, or by email. WhatsApp can restrict numbers that message people who did not ask for it. For that reason we send only to people who gave you their card or their details, and email is always the fallback. We will explain the setup before you connect a number. An official WhatsApp Business route is next on our list.

Where does my data go?

Leads are stored on our server in the EU. Card photos and voice notes are sent to Google's Gemini service to be read. Processing only inside the EU is planned, not finished. You can export all leads to CSV at any time and ask us to delete them.

What about visitor consent?

Each lead records how the visitor agreed: in person at the stand or through the QR form. You decide what to send. We recommend sending only the material the visitor asked for.

What does the pilot cost me?

Nothing. We ask for a 15-minute call after the show, and, if you are happy to, permission to mention that you took part.

Does it work without a signal on the stand?

Not fully yet. Today you need a connection to read a card. A phone app that saves cards and voice notes without signal and sends them later is in development, and we will say so here once it is tested.
