What we collect and why

When you use the form we receive your name, work email, company, the shows you plan to attend, the number of people on your stand, the plan you chose and the price you saw. We use these only to contact you about the Followbooth pilot and to learn which plan and price people want.

Our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect what we did before.

Price test

Visitors see one of several price pairs. Your browser stores a short code of that pair (fb.arm) in local storage so the prices do not change during your visit, and we count page views per price pair without any personal data. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not load fonts or scripts from other companies.

Who receives your data

The data is stored on a server in Helsinki, Finland, operated by Hetzner Online GmbH on our behalf. We do not sell it and do not pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Until the pilot ends and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and you can object to processing. Write to the address above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Leads you collect with Followbooth

If you later use Followbooth for your own leads, you decide why and how that data is used. In that case we act as your processor under a data processing agreement, which we provide before you start.
