Followbooth vs the organizer's lead scanner
Many organizers rent out a lead scanner for the show. It reads the visitor's badge. Followbooth reads the business card and what you say, and sends the brochure. The two work side by side, so this is not an either-or.

Choose Followbooth if
- The show has no lead retrieval, or you want to capture people who do not wear a scannable badge.
- You want the brochure to reach the visitor at the stand, not a list after the show.

Where Followbooth is weaker today
No CRM connectors yet (CSV export only), no badge barcode scanning, and the phone app that works without signal is still in development. WhatsApp messages go out from your team's own linked number; an official WhatsApp Business route is planned.
