- You need leads to sync into a CRM through a native integration today.

Popl and Blinq are known for digital business cards, and both now sell event lead capture as well. They read other people's badges and cards and sync the contacts to a CRM. Followbooth starts from the other end: the visitor leaves your stand with your brochure, in their language. Here are the three side by side.
| Feature | Followbooth | Popl | Blinq |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | A plan per show or per year (see pricing) | Set by a sales quote after a demo; the site says unlimited events, users and leads, with no per-scan fees | Free plan with two digital cards; Premium USD 9.99 a month; Business from USD 4.99 per user a month billed yearly. The pricing page also lists lead capture and enrichment at USD 9.99 per lead captured and enriched, with unlimited plans on request |
| Scanning cards | AI reads name, company, email and phone from the card; printed badges work too | A badge scanner that reads the badge with AI; also paper business cards, QR codes, custom forms and manual entry | A universal scanner for badges, cards, QR codes and LinkedIn; Badge Kit APIs |
| Voice note | Hold a button and speak; the note is transcribed and saved with the lead | AI voice recording for in-person meetings | An AI notetaker with summaries, transcripts and next steps |

No native CRM connectors yet. | 30+ integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics and Zoho | Native integrations with more than 20 CRMs, plus Zapier and API access |
| Without signal | The iPhone app, which is in testing now, reads the card on the phone and saves the lead without signal; the lead is sent when the connection returns. In the browser, reading a card needs a connection | Offline mode stores leads on the device and syncs when the connection returns | Not described on its site |
| Team | The whole stand team in one list; everyone signs in with a name and a PIN | Team plans for event lead capture or for digital business cards; unlimited users | Business plan: team cards, admin controls, a shared contact book and analytics for individuals and teams |
No native CRM connectors yet (CSV export, an API, webhooks and Zapier instead), no badge barcode scanning, and the native apps are not in the stores yet: the iPhone app, which works without signal, is in testing, and the Android app is coming to Google Play. In the browser, reading a card needs a connection. WhatsApp messages go out from your team's own linked number; an official WhatsApp Business route is planned.
