How materials go out
After you save a lead, the materials can go out by WhatsApp, email or Telegram. If the visitor's number is on WhatsApp, they go there. If not, they go by email.
Messages go out from your team's own linked WhatsApp number. Followbooth does not send from a number of its own. An official WhatsApp Business route is planned.
WhatsApp is not available on the Free plan. The app then says that WhatsApp is not available on your plan.
Email can be sent from a mailbox that you connect. On the Free plan, email goes from a shared mailbox and the message ends with the line Sent with Followbooth.
Telegram
Telegram works through the bot of your organization. Visitors can reach the bot with the QR code of the event.
Channels such as LinkedIn are connected as accounts. The Free plan does not include LinkedIn.
If connecting is not available
The app may say Connecting is not available now: the account can only be connected during the event. That message means that your plan allows connecting a channel only around the event. Check your plan in the account on the web.
