Plans and limits: Free, Event Pass and Team Annual
What each plan includes, what the Free plan does not include and where Free is offered.

The plans
- Free, €0. Ten business card scans in total, 25 leads, 1 event and 1 user. Delivery by email and Telegram, with no WhatsApp. CSV export of your data.
- Event Pass, €149 per show. Up to 3 people and 300 leads. Files in every language you upload. 30 days of access after the show. CSV export and a consent log.
- Team Annual, €790 per year. Up to 5 people and unlimited shows. 1,500 leads a year, then €0.30 per lead. QR file groups for every show and a data processing agreement.
Prices exclude VAT. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
What Free does not include
WhatsApp, LinkedIn, follow-ups, API keys, webhooks and custom brand domains. You can still export your data to CSV and see it at any time.
At the limit
When the Free scans run out, scanning stops and the app points to the plan screen. Your leads stay visible and exportable. Nothing is deleted. After you pay, the limits change at once.
Where Free is offered
The Free plan is not offered everywhere. The sign-up page tells you whether it is offered where you are. The decision uses the country of your connection, the country of your phone number and the country of your company. Followbooth keeps the country code and not the IP address. Paid plans are open in other places.

Can I use the Free plan for several events?
No. Free includes one event.
Is there a promo code?
The plan screen has a box for a promo code. A sign-up link with a code fills the box.
