How to send a diagnostic report from the app, what it contains and what to tell support.
Updated
How to send diagnostics
- Open Settings in the app.
- Tap Send diagnostics. You need to be signed in.
- When it is sent, the app shows: Diagnostics sent. Give this code to support, followed by a code such as D-7K2P.
- Write to support and include the code.
If it cannot be sent, the app says so. Check the connection and try again.
What the code is
The code starts with D- and has four letters or digits. It names the report that you sent, so that support can find it. The code shown may come from the server.
What the report contains
Only times, sizes and server response codes: no photos, names, phone numbers, emails or addresses. It also records which queue steps ran, such as button presses and retries.
The app can also send a report by itself, once for a lead, after three failures in a row.
What to tell support
- The diagnostic code.
- What you did and what you saw.
- The app version, shown in Settings.
- The name of the event.
