Quick start: from sign-up to your first lead

Create your account

Sign up on the web at app.followbooth.com. Where the Free plan is offered, you can start without a card. Free includes 10 business card scans in total.

You enter your company details once. A VAT number is optional.

Add your team

An administrator gives each colleague a name and a PIN. Colleagues use them to sign in on the web or in the iPhone app. The first sign-in needs a connection.

Capture your first lead

1. Open the app and choose the event.
2. Tap Start scanning.
3. Point the camera at a business card.
4. Check the details, fix a field if needed and save the lead.
5. Hold the button to add a voice note about the conversation, or type a short note.

What happens next

After you save a lead, the materials of your organization (brochure, price list, links) can go out by WhatsApp, email or Telegram, in the language you choose for that contact.

If the number is on WhatsApp, the brochures go there. If not, they go by email.

Each lead also gets a short company brief and a grade A, B or C, so you know whom to call first.
